All of our items are vintage, we cannot get multiples. Occasionally we'll have more than one of a particular item, but once they are gone, we cannot replace them.
We will be taking custom orders for digital art going forward. Please contact us before placing orders.
Gift wrap is available on a case by case basis. We haven't decided to formally offer it, but if you need something special, ask us and we'll see what we can do.
We do not, as per our official policy, take returns or issue refunds.
If something is not right with your order however, and we make an exception to that policy, we CANNOT issue a return label. You are responsible for the postage. I would also add that we DO fix problems...
Not officially, but we pick a lot, and we will cheerfully look out for specific items. We don't deal in china or silver most of the time, but we pick all the time, and there's no reason not to look at every single corner of the thrift shop...
